The Nova Golf hotel & Urbanisation is very close to the N332 which is the main arterial road running through the coastal areas of Spain from Barcelona down via Valencia, Gandia, Oliva, Denia, Javia, Calpe, Benidorm and Alicante etc and on through the Costas to all places south.

The property is approximately 6km from the market town of Oliva.

To the north/west are the towns of Albaida (some 30 km) on the way to the very historic but sophisticated town of Xativa with its magnificent Castle dominating the local country side just a further 7km.

It is just a 25 minute car journey (13 km) to the centre of the beautiful and historic city of Gandia with its renowned Saturday market, beautiful pedestrianised shopping centre, the Casa de Cultura (concert/art gallery, tea gardens) and the soon to be opened newly restored Grand Theatre.

Nova Golf Urbanisation

The Gandia Playa and its 7 km of award winning palm tree lined golden sandy beaches are just a further 3km.

The Autopista E7 which gives you motorway access to the whole of Spain has a junction within 20 minutes from the property just the other side of the town of Oliva, giving fast access to both the main airports. Alicante is within a 90 minute drive, Valencia just 60 minutes


There is a bus service to the various local towns of Oliva, Gandia. Denia, Javia, Benidorm and Alicante etc.

The modern Gandia railway station offers a half hourly 40 minute run to Valencia with connections to all international destinations.
